(EXHIBIT), BUT POLICE DID NOT HELP! BUT SAMANTHA WAS ILLEGAL ALIEN... UP TO DATE AUSTIN POLICE DEPARTMENT REFUSES TO HELP EVEN WITH KIDNAPPING AND MURDER, AND IN FACT THEY ARE THE ONES WHO MADE IMPOSSIBLE FOR DANIEL TO GO BACK AND GO TO COURT! FOR THE MOB TO STEAL EVERYTHING FROM HIM.
Alvarez was the other officer to talk with attorneys, Alvarez statements are very different then the other officers at the scene. Several statements are not even made in Samantha´s Affidavit neither. Like claiming Daniel was trying to kill himself, lies....
Amendment 14 of the United States:

THIS REPORT IS MADE BY ALVAREZ, AND KNOWS SAMANTHA DOES NOT LIVE IN THE HOMESTEAD OF DANIEL, BUT HE ALOUDS TRESPASSING, CRIMINAL MISCHIEF (broke a window to get in) AND ALSO CONSIDERED FAMILY VIOLENCE.
