The mother of the child was Amy Merritt from Grand Rapids Michigan A Woman who Daniel Pavon met nearly 19 years ago.
Back then, Amy Merritt claimed she could not get pregnant, (EXHIBIT) at that time they stop using protection. That same month she got pregnant, Daniel did not believe was his since was in the beginning of the relationship.
Shortly after and for no reason, Amy Merritt attempted suicide by cutting both of her wrists open.
Daniel knew Amy Merritt could not be a good mother but also she was a heavy drug user, but also she was having problems with the pregnancy, we thought something was wrong with the baby, (EXHIBIT) so:
They both had agreed to the abortion. Amy Merritt was getting the abortion on Michigan while Daniel was in Mexico.

Seven years later Daniel received a Notice he was added as “Father by Default” and they were charging some child support. Daniel Pavon contacted Amy Merritt, but she refused to a DNA. The child was getting adopted and supposedly that will remove all the child support, Daniel agreed. That was the end of it.
Years later, Daniel received again a notice of back due child support. Daniel Contacted Amy Merritt again and she solved the problem.
Then years later, on or around December 2006 Daniel received another back due Notice, Daniel started to solve it directly with the Michigan Court,(EXHIBIT) especially since he had never seen or even spoken to the child, and he did not believe it was his, so then Daniel demanded a DNA Test.
The Results arrived May 30, 2007 (One Day after the birth of Sebastian) Samantha Lowry found it funny Daniel Pavon had two children in two days.
Daniel Pavon filed a suit against Amy Merritt (EXHIBIT) to have taken his parental rights away and making him believe it was not his child by refusing to any DNA test for all the previous years, but also, because Amy Merritt destroyed the life of his son.
When the DNA was taken, the kid was in jail.
Samantha Lowry knew everything on this case, but this perverse woman contacted Amy Merritt to work in concert with her and against Daniel.
Amy Merritt will profit from not been sued, and Samantha Lowry to get rich.
