The Following emails are self explained
First Exhibit is Dated May 28, 2007 It shows Samantha did not show up in Mexico as she was suppose to, also important to know, Tristan Nind (Her Boyfriend) and Joseph Lowry arrived to Mexico on May 28, but they kept it secret. They started to try to file charges in Mexico against Daniel as well, the PGR have now the evidence of their false testimonies and been a very serious crime in Mexico, we are unaware if warrants have been issued.
Also you can see Samantha entered Daniel Email account, go to EXHIBIT for proof and also been a serious crime, but Samantha erased all the emails that showed her negligence, violence, and actions against Daniel since the birth of Sebastian, also all the emails between Daniel and her Parents were erased.
Second Exhibit :Dated May 29, 2007.  Daniel had obtained a pass to go to the embassy were they were suppose to give them documents to return to the United States, but once Daniel went there, they required the mother to be present and for Daniel to present documents he did not have and were in his homestead in Austin Texas (EXHIBIT) this email presented by Lowry and her attorneys in court shows Sebastian was not missing, in fact, Daniel and Sebastian were waiting for Samantha in Mexico as she said she would and even Daniel had given her $2000 for her travel. This been a crime as well, to lie in regards to missing children, the question is what happens when the lie comes from a Police Director? (EXHIBIT)
Third Exhibit Dated May 30, 2007 shows the Condition of Sebastian, this probably caused by Samantha taking showers with Sebastian at only one month old!

Fourth Exhibit: Dated June 1, 2007. Samantha simply kept postponing her trip to Mexico while in fact Samantha was advancing on her fraud to take all the assets and property of Pavon Cuellar family.
